Lemma Coffee Co. was founded in 2017 by Daniel Baum. What started as an apartment garage experimental roasting operation has grown to a specialty coffee company. Through farmers markets, Lemma began to build customers and brand recognition. Today Lemma operates three cafés in Carrollton, Frisco and Downtown Plano.
