On Sunday, December 14 from 12-4pm, the shops in the historic Downtown Plano Arts District will host a festive afternoon of special activities and offers to help you cross those last-minute items off your holiday shopping list.

You may even snag some pics with an especially “grinchy” and green visitor we’ve seen trying to steal presents around Downtown!
