Lemma is a company that has been built brick by brick since 2017. What started as an apartment garage experimentation roasting operation, has grown to a specialty coffee company. Lemma was founded in 2017 by Daniel Baum. Their first home was a warehouse space in Denton. Through working farmers markets, Lemma began to build customers and brand recognition. Today Lemma operates three cafes in Carrollton, Frisco, and Downtown Plano. They’re proud to have been hands on with everything from building out their shops to training our team.
Come by and grab a cup of coffee from Lemma Coffee Co. in Downtown Plano. They are open M-F from 7am-7pm and Sat & Sun from 8am-7pm.
