All of their steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days in their custom 2000 cu ft salt chamber, giving all of their steaks the best flavor you can find anywhere. Their dry-aged themed menu consisting of steaks, sandwiches, burgers and salads ensures all of their guests will experience some of the best beef available.
