Yoga Lab – Yoga for Balancing the Nervous System & Metta Meditation with DeAnna.
The majority of us have an over-active sympathetic nervous system, living in a near continual state of flight, fight, or freeze. This practice will highlight how asana and pranayama can shift the nervous system to a more para-sympathetic state, calming your nervous system and bringing your mind-body network into a state of balance.
We will close out our practice with Loving- Kindness or Metta Mediation, bringing not only peace of mind but connection to others, as a collective consciousness.
